Processing: Blaque Doll Couture, is reviewing your order and taking time to gather your item(s) together so that is ready to meet the doll that purchased it.
Shipping: Your order has been verified and has met Blaque Doll Couture's standards and is on its way to its new dolls P.O box or Home Address.
It typically takes 1-2 days to process the order and shipping typically takes 2-3 days. SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS.
Once the item enters the post office you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been shipped. Next, you will be provided with tracking information, stating when your package will be arriving & the address it is being shipped to. PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL!
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If the address is incorrect (on your behalf) and the package has already been shipped, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
